New Payne furnace installed today through Home weatherization program no heat but blower woks no contacts available tried all day . All stae offices closed no phone number to reach them.We are senoir citizens and my husband is disabled

Your between a rock and a hard place on this one. If you work on it you can void the warranty. But it will not hurt to make sure the gas valve is in the on position and the gas shut off out side the furnace is open. Sorry for such little help, but not knowing nothing about the gas appliances can make matters worse and dangerous if you try to work on it.

Thanks so for the advice I think you are so right. I am so blessed to get a new furnace our old one was 62 years old. I was so excited to use it. It is a true blessing. I have a muscle disease and the cold makes it unbearable. Just so strange there is knowone to call for repair or troubleshooting. Thank you so for you reply. Bless you
