Should we get married now or after he gets his citizenship?
My fiancé is a green card holder that just applied for his us citizenship. I applied for an asylee status and waiting for a court hearing that is in a 3 months from now. Question: can we get married and get my papers done after he receives his citizenship even if I would be in a removal process? Or should we do it now while he is in a process of getting it? Thank you!

Get married and file now as an FB-2A. You will get a receipt notice to show the date of filing. Higher standard of proof if you marry (and file) during removal proceedings.

In the larger districts, it is only taking about 4-5 months for citizenship, after he gets naturalized, you will filed your AOS application with his natz certificate and your I-130 receipt with a cover letter requesting an upgrade of the I-130 petition.
