I did a search on songlyrics.com for 'i will bring you joy' and I got too many responses to try and narrow it down with out more info. Maybe one of these artist/song titles will help you.

OOps, OK I didn't choose to search the phrase, it looked for scatterd words from that phrase. I did another search for the phrase but I didn't get anything. Are you maybe thinking of Corona?? Dubba dubba dub dee dop a day... This is the night... dancing free until the moring light, together forever oh this is the night... and so on... that is the only song I can think of that is dance music from early 90's like that... I know a lot of trance/dance/techno djs and artists if you need to know anyone else though...
