Are you drinking a lot of water? Sorry, let me reiterate: A LOT of water? Mag citrate works by drawing the body's water into the intestines in order to flush you out. So, make sure you're just drinking like you've never drank before :) (I had to do the mag citrate cleanse for a surgery a couple months ago-NOT fun! But it does the job, that's for sure).

Call your doctor and see if you should take more. Severe nausea or vomiting can be a side effect (per answers.com), but you should seek your doctor's orders on how to proceed. Sometimes people have an adverse reaction to laxatives and the doctor will suggest another type of laxative, so ask.
