It will run, then when it kicks on again the blower doesn't start unless I shut it off and turn it back on??

Its very little info you gave for us to help. Make and model of the system will help. If the blower did not start the 2nd time around it may be that the burners did not light or a limit switch has open. When you reset the power to the furnace it tries again.
