There are no laws on dating,HOWEVER, there is a fine line as to what is considered sexual behaviour.

In your other thread you refer to his 'abs' and that he is 'Bi', I assume bi-sexual.

My advice walk away from this kid, because that's what he is, at 18 you're an adult.

Kids talk, parents hear then teachers find out, you could find yourself in a lot of hot water.

Hey Red,

The OP says they are 15 and the other guy is 18.

At any rate, the age gap is still a big deal and if the 18 year old is trying to walk away because of it, he's doing a smart thing and until you are of age, you need to respect those legal boundaries.
