Washer drain isint draining... sounds like it's obstructed by something...
Washer washes and then drains and then water gushes from the washer drain onto my floor... any ideas how to fix it?

The water comes from the vent on top the sink?

You do have a blockage... between that vent and the drain it attaches to, not between that and the dishwasher. Do you have a garbage disposal its hooked to? Or does it go directly to a drain pipe?

OK... have you been using a link screen on the outlet pipe?

Sounds like you haven't and you got enough built up to seriously restrict the drain. A washer can pump out water pretty fast.

Have you tried a liquid drain cleaner yet? I would NOT use the dry crytal type... but a liquid and maybe even one of the thicker gel types.

If that doesn't work you are going to need it snaked out. That's the most expensive option.

Well its kind of a easy fix nothing major, be side the fact you might have to call a plumber, but the best way to do it is, you need to run a agru through it but don't go buy a little hand held 1, u need one that has a motor, and has at least a 1/4 inch cabe on it because that's about the only yhings that's going to make it donw there and work the best, now you can go and just rent 1 from the hardware store, and if you do it yourself it mightt seem like you can't get it down there but there a trap down there that's kind of hard to get through but take your time pushing down there and it will go, cutis

And don't use any kind of drain cleaner, its vary bad for your drain lines, its all comical based, pretty much everything out there is, so the best way is just to use a snake, and a good plumbing company out is mr,rooter, there a good outfit, and there nationwide so there every where, hope everything works out
