I moved into a month to month apartment with my girlfriend she is on the lease but does not pay the rent I do she has become a real problem breaking my things even throwing a full length mirror at me I want to get her out of my apartment since she has become violent and destructive and also since she does not pay any rent what do I do?

The best way to get her leave is for her to leave amicably. You could likely get a restraining order if she is violent (which could perhaps lead to her leaving).

The Landlord is the only one that can take individuals off a lease.

Does the Landlord have any other units available? Perhaps you could get your Landlord to evict you both and you move into one of his vacant units.

Another idea would be to give your Landlord 30 days notice (or whatever time-frame is referenced in your lease) that you are vacating the property but both of you have to sign it and eventually leave. If you leave and she doesn't it is likely you are still on the hook for the lease payment.

If you leave and she doesn't you will want to obtain a novation stating that you are no longer responsible for the lease payment. Good luck!

Your best bet is to give a month's notice and move out.
But even that will be problematic for your credit history, since she may wait to be evicted, and you are on the lease.
Your really best bet is to solve your differences and agree to move out to different places.
