Hi, I am from ukraine and married (since Sept 2007) to a Lithanian husband. We leave and work in uk. At present I have a residance visa for 5 years based on marriege that will expire in may 2014. I want to ask for divorce now, is there is a way for me to stay in uk after divorce? Thank you
