Ok I don't always take my birth control at the same time.the other night I took my birth control 5min.late that night my husband and I had sex unprotected and he came inside me.then the next night I for get to take my birth control.can you get pregnant.

No form of birth control is 100% effective, so anytime you have sex there is always going to be some chance of pregnancy. It's just significantly decreased when used correctly. Taking it a few minutes late or early shouldn't make much difference. Forgetting to take it does increase your chances, by at least a little bit. But at this point I would just follow the directions for what to do when you miss a pill and continue them as directed.
