Sure, if the definition of the crime involves non-consensual penetration, and if the act includes penetration (Definitions usually don't say what must penetrate for it to be a crime.)

And sexual orientation doesn't matter either. A woman can rape another woman.

Certainly.

Each state ( in the US) has or does not have laws, that deal with same sex issues. Not all states have age of consent for same sex relationships, and instead of rape they fall more under conduct laws and the such.
