    Chils Support in Florida-Tax Issue
Can Florida state child support take my entire tax refund for arrears to give to my exwife if I have a 3 year old child with another woman, we're not married, and I am their only means of support? I do pay my child support along with court ordered arrears out of my paycheck every two weeks.

Yes, they CAN and yes, they WILL confiscate your tax refund if you owe back child support or back alimony and the courts for the state of Florida submit the required paperwork to the IRS.
