Am I a Step grandparent by marriage..
If she divorces am I still a Step grandparent...

If you wish to take the "step" view point, yes you are a step grandparent, although that is not a legal but more a relationship term or viewpoint. Since "step" has no legal standing with the kids.

If they divorce, the daughter or you have no legal status with the kids since they were not adopted.

If you have a good relationship with them and the other parent allows, you may or may not be allowed to continue some relationship, but normally it does not happen

That would make them half siblings... not step.
