My daughter lived with me the first 3yrs of her life until I moved then joined the military. I then get to my first duty station a yr goes by then I receive a letter for a final court order to appear for child support, I only had three weeks to get a defense together to prove I provide my daughter. My daughters mom never told me anything and I was placed on child support as I e3 making 1700 a month I was ordered to pay 500 a month. Srry to vent but is their a way to sue for back child support for the first three yrs and the short time my daughter moved back with me at my first duty station.
