I have got a question
One of my friend got H1B stamped and he is not in USA yet,(recently got stamped)
Now he got an offer from other company can he transfer h1 and come to USA with new company
Can some one answer my question
If I need more info where I can get

Once he gets the H-1b stamped, he is allowed to work in the USA for a set amount of years. However, the approval he gets is employer specific. If he wants to join the new company, the new employer must undergo the procedure again.
