I've replaced the thermocouple and gas valve. All safety sensors appear to ohm properly. I'm just such a cheap bastard, I will keep wearing coat and gloves in the house before I call for a service repair. Anyone have any ideas? Yes, the filter is clean.

Make and model of the system will help. Gas valves do go bad. Do you have a strong flame from the pilot on the themocouple(not a so, so flame)? If so do you have two wires that plug in under the thermocouple you may have a limit blown and open. Good flame on the thermocouple and the pilot goes out as soon as you let off the valve--Bad safety switch in the valve. You will need to replace the gas valve.
