Hi, 2 years ago I married from pakistan, mu husbands spouse visa was refused and things went wrong from there.. disputes and family problems had started.. and from then I have found out that he married me for other resason.. whichwere my father s property . Plots etc in pakistan.. and alos wanted to come to the uk for obvious reasons... now I don't want to continue with the marriage... please help..

Now I want.. a divorce.. how can I get a divorce from him.. he is still in pakistan.. and I am a british citizen.. I don't want to back to pakistan... so how can I get a divorce without going back...

Who do I contact... do I contact the shariah council from pakistan.or uk... etc..
Please help?/
