For the past few months I have had very dry skin,
I also have gotten these little red bumps (they look like bug bites)
On my upper arms...
I have went to the doctors, got cream and it doesn't work..
My doctor said it could be eczema I personally don't think it is,
He said its not bug bites, a rash, or scabies..
Does anyone had any awnsers or thoughts?
