I am not sexually active yet. I have dark spots on my labia minoras. It doesn't cause me any pain or discomfort. Long ago, I use to stretch and pull my labias a lot. But now, I don't do it as much as I use too. Could this be a sign or cancer or abnormality of skin pigmentation?
