From your other posts I know that your quite young (17), really you should have the energy of a jack russell!

How's your diet? Have you been ill lately, example the flu?

Either way, getting a check up from your doctor to rule out any physical problems is the best way to go.

Are you getting enough nutrition from you diet? You know you need water, calories, proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals... Don`t be trying to look like you live in Hollywood. That`s not a healthy diet. So look for a balanced life: Not too much exercise, not too little - not too much nutrition, not too little, and food has to be variable, and not everyday the same.
Of course no-one can give you a diagnose here even if they were doctors withou any examination, so I hope you get some professional help. There is one thing most doctors don`t know, except sports doctors... You didn`t tell us did you use to excersice a lot before. There`s a condition that`s caused by excessive working out for a long period that you sweat, have heart problems, breathe heavily for no reason, can`t get up, feel repulsive about training. I forgot what it`s called. It can take even a year to recover from. The cure is to take it easy and start just by going walking twice a week and doing some hyper-light training every now and then - niot exceeding 70 per cent of the maximum strength. But this is just a wild guess. Your situation could be anything, but as I said: eat well, excersice well, but too much, nor too little.

The shock feelings are just one kind of pain.
All your body parts 'feel' through nerves attached to them, whether muscles or bones or skin or organs or tendons and so on. Pain will be different according to which nerves attached to what. We can't know what is hurting where, even if you could describe where, because pain can originate one place and be felt another.
You could have an illness, or be unhealthy and deficient in vitamins and minerals, or be dehydrated and need water, or be overweight and out of shape. That pretty much covers a huge area.
