    iPod Touch Apps
    If I block internet on my iPod Touch 4th Generation, and I install the app for AIM (aol instant messaging) Can I still access the app? Or is internet and a wifi connection required?

    You may be able to "access" the App but you certaintly wouldn't be able to "use" it.
