Misrepresentation of the marital status in the deed
I bought a house before I got married. So the title listed me as "a single man". Now I am married and refinanced my loan just recently. I noticed in my new deed, the title still lists me as "a single man". Will this be a problem in the future when I sell my house? And will this avoid the title and any loan document?

This house you bought is not a part of you conjugal assets. Your wife might have a claim over it in the future if she has contributed in terms of payments or improvements or such but nothing else. You can apply for an amendment of the marital status on your new document and by no means would that make it void.
