My boyfriend & I are trying to concive a baby, We've had sex a lot since the beginning of feb. Also I was suppose to get my period today, I always wake up with it in the morning & I didn't, I also use to be on birth control but have been off it for about a month and a half. Could I be pregnant?

You might be, but there's no way to know for sure at this stage. If you don't get your period next month, buy a pregnancy test. :)

Assuming you are pregnant, depending on when you actually conceived, a home pregnancy test might be accurate by now.

Keep in mind that your body is likely still adjusting to not being on birth control anymore so it may be a while until your cycle is regular again. So if you're not pregnant, your period might just be late because it's re-adjusting.

Also, even if you get a negative test now, you should re-test in a week or so if you still haven't gotten your period, since it might be too soon for a hpt.

Since you are trying to conceive, do NOT wait a month before testing, start testing today or tomorrow. Hopefully you have already spoken to your doctor about trying to conceive and have already made the appropriate lifestyle and diet changes. Good luck
