Help me about the signs of pregnancy please..

How many days can you feel those signs such as morning sickness and breast tenderness etc. after intercourse?

Or can you feel those signs before you'll know that you miss your MENSE or PERIOD?

Or do experience morning sickness or tenderness before you can have an accurate pregnancy test?
