    I want to know the name of this movie I saw back in the 90's
    About this girl that whenever the guy puts the necklace in her neck she turns into a statue I think the movie ended with where the guy and the girl went up in a hot air balloon and a Michael Bolton song played in the end.

    The guy name is Jason and the girl's name is Jessie (I think)
