I'm being forced by my employer to sign every papper they put out pappers are not required by law law requires I do it but not to sign it pappers made up by company

Do you mean "papers"? What kind of papers are they? Are they being used in some sort of fraudulent activity?

No just stupid pappers of things I have to do on my job like evacuations for school bus, route reviews that they view tapes of me now there stating that if I don't sign them I'm in contempt off insobordnation and I'm subject to diciplinary action

It is called having a job, and you can either not work there or sign the papers, that is easy,

No they were not forcing you to sign, merely telling you that if you don't, you don't work.

You have to sign papers for training classes, that you received copies of varoiius rules

So yes, you don't have to sign, but they are allowed to issue warnings and fire you if you don't sign.
