HELP,
I was late a few times on my car payment, so I have have racked up late payments, the lone its self is paid off but now I am paying the late fees, the company is cashing the checks but still trying to repo the car is this leagle?

What does your contract/loan say about being late "a few times"?

The company does NOT have to accept any money as full payment. If you owe a balance it will credit your check(s) against any outstanding balance - but there will still be a balance.
