    Cheque fraud
I'm really stuck and need some advice, I worked in the credit card dept at a large construction company about 6 months ago and now they are accusing me of taking a cheque book and cashing cheque in my name, I've already provided them with bank statements but now the police are getting involved. How do I prove to them that I'm innocent?

You don't At least in the USA... they have to prove you are guilty.

But I'm guessing you are in the UK or Australia by how you spell Check as Cheque.

Thanks smoothy, yes I'm in the uk. Trouble is they are treating as through I'm already guilty for this and I'm not sure what my rights are as I've never been in this situation before
