So since my sons mom is receiving cashaid, I have to pay her child support. The county of la and the cs has my son with me 60% and with her 40%. Due to an error in their comp, they say I owe back pay and have taken $ out my checks for no reason. I've never been late and this has been going on since jan. Do u guys think I'm able to sue them for my money, interest, and emotional distress. Because of their error, I've been short onmy $ and late on my bills. O and I have primary physical custody

You may be able to sue for money taken from you in error, but not the rest of it.

What have you done to correct the error?

Unlikely. Also this would require you taking them to court so you'd have to pay court costs if need be. Just try and claim your money back. Threatening to sue won't get you anywhere.
