Take her where? What is the custody arrangement?

Take her from me.he says she is british and I have to go back to my country alone.. I feel lost..

Oh. You are a temporarily in Britain and your husband wants to take her from you? Has he sought relief in the British courts?

There is no arrangement I'm just afraid of him.. he is taff and he can hurt me,I don t want to call the police I have pity on him as he has some problemes,but I want to live here in uk with my daughter but away from him

So what do you want us to tell you? Either get the authorities involved or do nothing. I guess it's your choice.
