Yes. I am planning on going out and get the business but not sure what to charge. If it's by sq ft etc. There has to be some guideline somewhere for beginners.

Yes there may be something like that 'out there'.

But pricing is a learned expertize because so many factors are involved; size, type of business (warehouse compared to a medical building for example), density of the building, what type/s of flooring, union or nonunion, competition, your location (rural / big city, etc) and more.
