HI. I need help!
I was in USA last year with J-1 visa, while I was there I did a huge mistake, I stoled in a colth shop a shirt that was woth 15$ the mennager of the shop called the police, and they tooked me to the police station, they took a picture of me and took my fingerprints.. I regret doing that a lot that was my first and last time stealing something.
I want to go back this year in USA, is it a problem to apply for visa, can this be a problem?
PLEASE help me I need to know if I can apply again for USA visa or not?

OK, they took you to the police station and did a Photo and a fingerprint, then you were given a court date.

So when you appeared in court, what was the outcome was there a fine, were you convicted, did you get into a first offender program.

And god forbide that you just left the country, and never went to court? Then there will be a warrant for your arrest

Thank you for answering, yes I've been in court that day and I found my selft gulty, after that I had to pay a fine 370$ and they relesed me. So is this going to be a problem if I apply again for USA visa?
