The song is played by a boys band, in the video an ice cream man (with bad intentions) gives his ice creams to some adult people, they eat it and suddenly they become angry among them. Then, he goes to give his ice creams to some children, which refuse them and start to run after ice cream man because they understand the ice cream is evil.
I believe that may be a recent song, performed by a recent band, I remember they were three members, and a musician, or guitarist or bassist, which sometimes sings, have blond hair.
