Took morning after pill last cycle & period came 2 days late, but was otherwise normal (cramps during, breast tenderness & acne prior). This cycle normal breast tenderness and a couple zits but started bleeding with cramps this morning 3 days early & now this evening no bleeding. I generally have heavy bleeding & cramps for the first few days of my 5 day period. Am I pregnant?

It's possible that you could still be pregnant, the morning after pill isn't 100% effective, but, it will also throw off your period, which is likely what's happening.

The only way to know for sure is to try testing for pregnancy. There's really no other way.
