I had fibroids removed back in oct. and my doctor told me I would be very fertile after this procedure. My period has came like clockwork every month since oct. My last period was on the 22nd of jan. I had unprotected sex on the 6th of feb. I was due to come on my period on the 19th of the month. The only sign I have had was being sleepy all the time. I took a hpt on the 21st and it said negative. Could I still be pregnant?

HPT's are not always reliable... a lot depends on how old the test was, where/how it was stored, quality...

1) If you think there's even a slim chance you might be pregnant, treat your body is if you ARE pregnant. NO smoking, NO drinking, NO drugs (legal or not) until you get in and see a doctor. Skip processed foods, chemical additives, etc, too.

2) Go back and re-read #1. Twice.

3) Go see your doctor.
