I'm 7 days late on my period. But I've taken 2 pregnancy home test and they both come back negative. My boobs are really sore.. ive been feeling dizzy and getting a lot of mood swings.my lower back is giving me lots of pain and I've been getting cramp like period pains in my stomach. Could I be pregnant? If not what could this be?

It's possible that you are pregnant, yet it's too early to test. It's also possible that you are going to have a late period, or even miss a period.

As of now, treat yourself as if you are pregnant. No smoking, alcohol or drugs (if you do any of these), and take prenatal vitamins. If your period does not show in another week take another HPT. Be sure to use first morning urine as it is more accurate.
