My last period was January 24-29. This month I noticed some spots of blood thinking it was my menstrauo cycle coming. This took place on the 19th of feb. it only lssted 3 days but it was like I wasn't having a period. Normally my periods start heavy and don't get lighht till the last day. So the spooting stopped on the 21st. I have sum lower back pain and some cramping. What does it mean?
