When you turn on the light in any room, when they come on they flicker for a few seconds almost like they are going to all shut off. Just wondering why? I moved into this home 4 months ago and never saw it happen, now all of a sudden it happens all the time.

Sounds like you have a loose connection somewhere in the circuit.

If this is rental property, contact the landlord. If this is your home, then unless you have experience with electrical troubleshooting, please contact a licensed electrician.

A loose connection can create enough heat to create a fire.
