I am a green card holder and my wife is on F1 visa (perusing MS degree). She is going to graduate in 2012. She has been maintaining her status. I haven't applied a green card for her.

My question is- We are planning to go out of USA for a vacation, and I was wondering if she will have a problem while entering back into USA after the vacation because of her F1 status ( & marriage to a Green card holder).

Does she have the f-1 visa in her passport? Is it still valid and has she otherwise complied with the terms of her student visa?

Thanks for your time and reply . Yes, she has a valid F1 visa on her passport and she is taking full course work at school i.e. good standing as F1.
