    Husband is US citizen, I'm on f1
    I have a question need to ask. My husband is a citizen in us and I was an international studen holding f1 visa from 2006 until 2010. But I just applied on sep 2010 for green card and I'm waiting for it. So can I file with my husband tax in 2010 or I have to wait until I have my green card with alien number?
