Hi I was searching the net for shadow figures when I came across this site with a question on shadow people, unfortunately its already closed and I am unable to find the answers to my specific questions in that thread.

I have three encounters with shadow people in 26 years of my lives. One was when I was five, I heard the gate lock open, the door open, follow by gate lock close and door close, I thought it was my parents so I went out of my bedroom only to find myself staring at a shadow people walking up my stairs.. he paused when I looked at him and I fled and hide under my blanket. My parents only came back like 2 hrs later, I was quite traumatised.

Side tracked a little, when I was 11, I could hear voices speaking to me from nowhere, I told my parents about it and had to seek psychological treatment, I even had a dream which I thought it was real till pretty much later my parents told me they had never bought me there. I dreamt that my parents drove me up to a hill top temple to cleanse me from any evil spirit, the temple folk, an old lady then performed a ritual and after that she told me she sealed my third eye. After the ritual, my parents drove me down and end of story. But it was just a dream as my parents had nv bring me to any temple for cleansing but after that dream, I was unable to hear any voices and I felt very normal without any six senses.

It was not until my army days when I encoutered a shadow figure again, it was during an exercise and I was in a jungle, I was a section leader and as we camped with our truck and trailer, I saw a shadow people walk pass my trailer to the truck on the other side, I thought it was an enemy launching a surprise attack, so I walk to the other side but I saw nothing. I knew it was that as quite certain nobody would be that camouflaged to that black. At this point of time, one of my men approached me, he wanted to go patrol just in case we got ambushed. I sensed trouble and told him not to go, because I saw something. He proudly/foolishly told me he wasn't afraid and that if it dare to come up he won't be afraid. As he spoke those words to me, my trailer started to have a knocking sound. My man flared up and started scolding vulgar language, the knocking got worst and my whole section was moving towards the trailer. It was not until I apologised to the shadow figure for my man's behaviour then did the knocking stop. This episode lasted for 3 minutes.

Third time was when I was driving along an expressway, there was an accident on the otherside and an ambulance was already attending to the accident, I saw a shadow figure towering on my side of the expressway, It was taller than the ambulance by 1.5 times, I thought I saw an angel of death or something.

Ok, what I want to ask is how do I get rid of the shadow people if I feel one is following me/in me. After recent events which left my dad amputated, my mum leukemia, one of my aunt's eye blinded and my other aunts and uncle with some family dispute after they came and try to chase it away in Jesus name, I got a feeling it has not left as it is feeding on my fears which only surfaced recently. Any suggestions?

In what way did they try to chase it away in "Jesus name"? Was it THIS event that lead to your family members health problems or something else? Why do you feel it is IN you? More information helps.

Ok, its been like 3 years since I saw a shadow people, but I know how ghost are and whatever is in my house, its not a ghost. It all started like about 4 months back, my mum was already dianogsed with leukemia and I was staying with my dad as my mum was hospitalised. I was sitting at a computer desk facing my father's room door, My father was out on his errands and I saw the door shut and open by itself on a windless day in like 5 secs. I was spooked and I immediately went in to see what it was, I felt a presence in the room upon entering and as I walked round the room, I sensed it strongest at one of my dad's cupboard. I search everything and wasn't able to find anything.

I told my aunt and grandma about it, and she was the first one who tried chasing the evil spirit away, she repeated the phrase In jesus name I command you to get out of the house. 3 months later one of her eye had a blood clot and couldn't see.

My father had the same experience a few weeks later and he jammed the door open after that, not long after that he had to amputate his leg due to poor blood circulation, complication of diabetes and has been hospitalised since now.

A few of my aunts and uncle came and did the same to chase the spirit out after that, but to no avail. One of my aunt had a huge quarrel with her husband at my house over her handphone, and my uncle had problems with his wife after that. They all believed they had been spiritually attacked by whatever is in my house.

I only felt its presence in my parent's room but as I was alone with both my parents hospitalised, It invaded my room one of the night and I could feel its presence in my room for a significant period, I prayed for protection and after some time was unable to feel it.

One of the nights, I left my computer on in my room while I went to sleep, I had opened up quite a number of tabs on my browser and about four tabs were songs on YouTube. The screen was in sleep mode and my computer was in power save mode when I was asleep. I was dreaming some dream halfway when I woke up by music blasting in my dream, to my horror my computer had awaken and was at full volume blasting all the four YouTube tabs at the same time. I remembered the time was 3a.m. exact and I could clearly hear the song enrique iglesias "tonight I'm ****ing you" played. I switched off my com and nothing happen after that, but it certainly spooked me out as I feel I am dealing with a powerful/menacing being.

Why I believe its in me is because compared to the rest, I am still relatively unscathed, another reason could be I had a very bad childhood and it could have been feeding on my negativity since then. Why I don't believe it's a ghost is because usually if its one, I could see flashes of it subconsciously, but no, its not the case and I believe it is the same class as this shadow people.

Well, if you're trying to word that you might possessed... I wouldn't say that... and nobody really can unless someone does a pretty thorough interview with you. If you honestly feel it has to do with YOU and not your family so much, I think I can pretty safely say it's OPPRESSION. The devil can move in, especially in hard/traumatic childhoods. There are many many doors for this type of activity. Has anyone known this type of activity in your family before it was known to you? Has ANYone in your family that you know of been involved in the occult (ouija, witchcraft, spiritism)? I'd love to help you out here.
