I had a hurnia operation 2 years ago. Two DAYS ago I felt a pop, now the area hurts and the pain shoots into my left testical. It hurts to walk at times. Is this an emergency room visit or hold off till I can call a Doctor?

Hernias are dangerous to leave unchecked as you can strangle the blood supply to the intestine. Go to the emergency room.

A ER visit is never really "wrong" but you needed to do that two days ago. Also there are at least in my area, urgent care centers where you can get seen that cost a lot less than a ER
