I found out a have multiple ovarian cyst a few weeks ago and now I am feeling sharp pain in my right pelvic area that hurts to touch and I'm nauseated. Could one of my cyst ruptured?

That is absolutely possible. I would also get it checked, you may need an ultra sound to rule out anything else. It could be an ectopic pregnancy and those are very dangerous.
