I have another 3 three weeks before I start my period and today I've been in a lot of pain in my abdominal area. Also when I go to the bathroom I had bleeding and large clotting.. it wasn't a blood clot though , it looked more like tissue. Any ideas?

My suggestion would be to take a pregnancy test

Sound like you might need an endometrial biosy and or d&C to clean things out. Both procedure will tell if there is anything wrong. With heavy bleeding there is always a risk of anemia. It might be as simple polyp. Either way it's abnmormal and you should see a gyn.
