I was granted half of my husbands 401k when we divorced but now we are married again can I still get it

Half of his 401(k) account should have been distributed to you upon your divorce. When you were divorced there should have been a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) issued by the court to your husband's 401(k) plan administrator that requires them to distribute half of his account to you. Did that occur? Once it did, the account is yours. You can get remarried and it has no effect on the QDRO.
