My dad recorded this on vhs, yet the vhs tape is missing so I have no idea what the name of this movie is. It could have been a made for TV movie back in the 1980's. I tried looking on imdb and Google but nothing comes up when I Search children's movies ice creature.

Its literally a talking ice creature. It's made of ice from what I remember of it.

I don't even think the ice creature could do anything but talk, I don't think it moved or anything.
