We live in a 40 home community and we all had a problem opening our garage doors with our remotes. The doors opened from the inside opener but not with the remote controls.

Are all the houses the same age and if so how old.

Wondering if its something as simple as everyone's batteries wearing out?

They may need to be "relearned"

Anything new nearby like a new cell tower or microwave repeater tower? EMP from a strong electrical field could cause an issue this wide spread. Are all 40 of you using the same brand opener or have you experienced a total power failure in the neighborhhod?
