I'm trying to remember a bizarre film that I believe was shot in either the 70's or 80's. It was a film about a young child that was either abducted or raised in what I believe was a cellar. I want to say that the child couldn't speak and just remember him/her looking through floor vents and couldn't communicate to the outside world. It wasn't a horror movie.
