I have a burning feeling in my right knee and it goes all the way down to the tip of my toes only and it also is swolld and when I put any wait down on it it feels like knives are being stuck in it but its only in the middle of my knee down to the tips of my toes and its very painful I can't hardly move my toes either could you please give me an idea of what is going on

Now, is this burning on the front of your legs (shins)? Do you run a lot? Walk on concrete a lot?

Could this be exercise related? How long has this been going on?
