I have a 1999 2.4 chevy cavalier is not getting spark,has new ignition coils,plugs,engine switch,icm,cam and crank sensor,checked fuses, any ideas thankz in advance

. Remove and fully charge the battery.

. Check for codes.

. Clean the main ECM ground.

. Check the ECM.

. Check for power at various points, using a mutimeter.
